Sessions
One single session including our assessment call, where will explore your current ailments and needs together as I assist you in your healing journey. Sessions will last between 2–3 hours, not including our initial call.


Multiple sessions are designed for sustained nervous system work over time. This is more for long term nervous system work. Our approach allows your process to unfold at a pace that supports you and a more lasting change and embodiment. Minimum 4 sessions is suggested.
