Sessions
A single session including a mandatory assessment which can be done online or in person. We will explore your needs and evaluate the best approach for your nervous system. Sessions will last between 90-120 minutes.


Multiple sessions designed for sustaining your nervous system. This is for long term nervous care. This approach allows your process to unfold at a pace that supports you and offers a more lasting change and embodiment. Minimum 6 sessions is suggested.
